Local
towns surrounding Ithaca, NY - unlike the City/Town of Ithaca, intend to follow
the letter of the law and will NOT issue marriage licenses to same sex
individuals as advised by the New York State "Health" department.
Saying, "We are just following state rules and regulations which means we
will NOT issue them.
New York City Corporation Counsel Micheal Cardozo, the cities top lawyer, agreed with a legal opinion issued by state Attorney Eliot Spitzer on Wednesday saying "current state law PROHIBITS SAME SEX WEDDINGS. Mayor Michael Bloomberg vowed to enforce the law.
FEB 27, 2004 release by NYS Dept. of Health: "New York law does not authorize marriage licenses to those of the SAME SEX, noting that state courts have recognized 'the traditional definition of marriage as one man as husband and one woman as wife,' and thus requiring the parties to be of the opposite sex. The memo also pointed out that the state's Domestic Relations Law provides that it is a misdemeanor offense to violate that provision of the law.

Ithaca New York is ready to fight for "SAME SEX" marriages. City attorney Martin Luster (Dem) and Mayor Carolyn Peterson are stand by the cities new policy on same sex applications. The Ithaca City Clerk's office will accept same-sex applications but will not process the. They will instead forward them to the stat's Health Department in Albany. If rejected the city officials plan to support "spurned" applicants in their legal battles! The Town of Ithaca is following the cities lead!
The town of Portland Oregon joined the rapidly spreading national movement to solemnize "SAME SED" marriages. 50 people lined up in Multnomah County as the county Commissioner announced she would begin issuing licenses to "SAME SEX" applicants. Homosexual bar owners gave out free glasses of champagne.

'loss-proof solution' and said that the chip's 'unique under-the-skin format'
could be used for a variety of identification applications in the security and
financial worlds.

are RFID chips, which contain a unique identification number and can carry other
personal data about the implantee. When radio-frequency energy passes from a
scanner, it energizes the chip, which is passive (not independently powered),
and which then emits a radio-frequency signal transmitting the chip's
information to the reader, which in turn links with a database.
It is being reported... The chip implant is being presented as an advance over credit cards and smart cards, which, absent biometrics and appropriate safeguard technologies, are subject to theft, resulting in identity fraud.

Is this truly 666, the mark of the beast? I do not know! But I do know that the technology truly exists as I have been reporting for a long time now. Could it be used in a way that fulfills scripture? Absolutely! It could be placed anywhere on the human body and be scanable, but what if they decided the best place would be the "right hand" or "forehead," what would you think then? "that would allow consumers to pay for merchandise using microchips implanted under their skin"

Is this truly 666, the mark of the beast? I do not know! But I do know that the tecnology is there now for a "CASHLESS SOCIETY" where we may very soon need an "IMPLANT" to buy anything! Is this truly 666, the mark of the beast? I do not know! But I do know that it is "POSSIBLE," very possible... that TODAY... this scripture is being... at the very least... in part... FULFILLED!
ACTS 2:38 "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call."
Is this truly 666, the mark of the beast? I do not know! But I do know that many of you who have been afar off are being drawn back. You need to repent and come home to God! Are you ready? Is there oil in your lamp?
